Donald Duck, full name Donald Fauntleroy Duck, is celebrating his 75th birthday today. The temperamental sailor duck made his debut in the June 9, 1934 Disney Symphony short titled The Wise Little Hen. There has some been a birthday controversy over the years since a couple of Donald Duck's other roles gives his birthday as Friday, March 13th, an omen perhaps.
